At Raw Fitness, we sweat and have fun doing it. Our 45-minute bootcamp training sessions led by top certified personal trainers will help you get your cardio in while building strength and endurance. Easily modified workouts, for beginners to athletes, will get your heart rate up and challenge you to crush your goals. Each day is a new workout focused on core muscle groups, from “coredio” to legs, upper and full body with flexible class schedules. Raw Fitness is a judgement-free zone, so no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you’ll be supported, motivated and treated like family to encourage you and your long-term health goals.

What is bootcamp?

A 45-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) session led by a top certified personal trainer that will help you get your cardio in while building your strength and endurance.

What is included in my membership?

All Team Raw membership commitments include unlimited access to bootcamp classes at all of our locations, a nutrition guide, and access to our exclusive members only Facebook accountability group page.

Do I have to do a challenge first or can I start doing bootcamp classes right away?

No. Anyone is more than welcome to jump right in and start a bootcamp membership at any time. You do not have to be a challenger first.

How often can I attend bootcamp classes?

All bootcamp memberships include unlimited access to all classes at all locations. If you would like to attend 2 bootcamp classes per day, you can, however we would recommend that you split them up doing one class in the morning and one in the afternoon.
