6 WEEK CHALLENGE
What is the 6 Week Challenge?
The 6 Week Challenge is a program for those that have 20 or more pounds to lose, or want to lose 5% or more in body fat. It is a program designed for those who are looking to make a healthy lifestyle change but aren’t sure where to start.
Is the 6 Week Challenge really free?
Yes! However, challengers are required to pay an initial deposit to participate. Challengers who hit their goal will be eligible to receive a 100% refund in the form of a credit to continue on their fitness journey.
What is included in the challenge?
The 6 Week Challenge includes access to our bootcamp facilities, nutrition plan, accountability, Raw Fitness community support as well as before/after photos and measurements. The cost of food is not included in the challenge.
I have special nutritional needs, can these be accommodated for the challenge?
Certain nutrition needs can be accommodated. For example if you are a breastfeeding mother, our Fitness and Nutrition Director will instruct you on how to properly modify your nutrition plan for this. Please contact us directly with any specific questions in regards to modifying of the nutrition plan for the challenge.
When does the next challenge start and how do I register?
We start a new 6 Week Challenge about every 7 weeks. The next 6 Week Challenge will start soon. Please visit your local gym page and submit your interest to join. Challenge not offered in all locations. Please contact your local gym for additional information.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. We offer a free 5 day VIP trial for bootcamp only. All you need to do is show up about 10-15 minutes prior to whichever class time you wish to attend and then our friendly Front Desk Admin will get you set up for your free trial. Don’t forget to bring a towel and water with you. Please check out our bootcamp schedule here to see which class you want to attend to start your trial.
Do you do drop in classes?
We do offer drop in classes at a rate of $20.00 per class.
Do you provide towels and water?
Water is available for purchase but you must bring your own towel. All gym locations do have a free water fountain available for use as well.
Am I too old or out of shape to participate?
No, absolutely not! We have clients of all different ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels enjoying workouts in our gyms. We encourage all people, no matter your age or fitness level, to join the Raw Fitness family. Our top certified personal trainers are easily able to accommodate and provide modifications if needed, while still helping you to get your heart rate up, challenging you to crush your goals.
Do you do one on one personal training?
We do not do one on one personal training. We do have our Strength Program which a small group advanced weight lifting program. Please contact us directly to find out more information in regards to our Strength Program. You can learn more about our Strength Program here.
Do you have child care?
We do have a separate enclosed area, designated for children to hang out while their parent or guardian is participating in class. This area is enclosed with see through walls and within viewing area of the gym floor, so you can keep an eye on the kids while working out. This area can be used if you are a Bootcamp Member or a Strength Program member. We do not have supervised child care.
I have a current or past injury, can I still participate?
We encourage all client’s to obtain medical clearance from their doctor for any past or current injuries they have had or have.
Is there an age limit?
We require that all clients are 14 years of age or older. Clients 14-17 years old must have parental consent to participate in our programs.
Do you have lockers or showers?
All location have an area with cubbies to store personal belongings while you work out. Select locations have shower facilities available, but please contact us directly to find out which locations offer it.
Can I come workout whenever I want?
Bootcamp members will enjoy a variety of bootcamp class times available throughout the day in which you can come get your sweat on. You are always more than welcome to come to any bootcamp class so long as there is a class in session. Please see our bootcamp class schedule by clicking here. Strength Program members are assigned designated class times and days. Please contact us directly to find out more about our Strength Program schedule. We do not have an open gym floor in which you can come workout anytime during the day.
